The Columbus Portfolio is compromised of three buildings that are spread throughout the Columbus MSA, one 225,000 sq. ft. multi-tenant distribution building and two multi-tenant office buildings totaling 160,000 sq. ft. The portfolio houses a variety of national tenants in Columbus' most desirable submarkets.

After American National Insurance Co (ANICO) was bought by Brookfield, DCP was presented the off-market opportunity to purchase these assets prior to Brookfield liquidating the entire ANCIO portfolio of 90+ buildings. Brookfield's desire for a quick and sure close created an opportunity to acquire these buildings at an attractive in place yield and a below market cost per square foot.
